In 2017 we launched the npj Precision Oncology Community to support authors who publish on this topic, including those at npj Precision Oncology, part of the Nature Partner Journal portfolio, and researchers at our partner, The Hormel Institute.
Since then, it has become clear that broader subject communities are more successful than those that cover niche areas, and so we made the decision to expand or merge our communities where possible. We are therefore excited to re-brand this site into the Nature Research Cancer Community! The timing neatly coincides with the upcoming launch of Nature Cancer in January 2020.
The new Nature Research Cancer Community will benefit from a broader reach and a larger membership. The community is still free to access and welcomes contributions from editors, authors and readers of all Nature Research journals, including Nature, Nature Cancer, Nature Genetics, Nature Medicine, Nature Cell Biology, Nature Communications - and npj Precision Oncology. Indeed, all cancer researchers are welcome to contribute, even if they don't publish in our journals!
We are grateful for the support of the Hormel Institute, who provided funding for this community.
If you would like to write for the community, please email us at communities@nature.com.
We look forward to welcoming you to our new Nature Research Cancer Community!
