My team is seeking two cancer genomics/genetics/transcriptomics/epigenomics experts. If you have a PhD in any of these subjects with a particular focus on cancer we'd love to hear from you. Our editorial roles are a great way to use the knowledge you have built up in your career to date and also a fantastic way to keep close ties with your scientific community. If the answer is yes to the following then this could be the perfect role for you!

•Do you have a passion for science including your subject area and wider interests?
•Do you relish reading cutting edge cancer research?
•Do you enjoy travelling to conferences and networking with scientists?

You can find out more about our editorial roles on the Springer Nature Editorial and Publishing careers website

Use the website to find out more about what we do as professional editors.

You can also hear from our Nature Communications editors about what it means to be one of our editors on our website. Here's an example from Ross Cloney, one of our Senior Editors.

Or hear from the Chief Editor of Nature Energy, Dr Nicky Dean, about his editorial career in the webcast we held last year. In the webcast you can find some hints and tips about applying for our roles and some career information from me!
