Analytics tracking

Analytics for all of your posts can be accessed from the profile drop-down menu on the top right corner (under your profile photo). You can navigate to the analytics page by clicking on the ‘My Analytics’ tab.

This will take you to a page showing the views, likes, comments and the number of people who clicked through to read your paper ('Read the Paper').

The My Analytics page, showing Content Views (117), Likes (3), Comments (0) and Read the Paper Clicks (12) above a blue bar graph showing post views for each day from June 28th till July 4th 2023

You can change the time period you are looking at by clicking on the date range and selecting specific dates, or a period such as the current week/month/year or previous week/month/year.

The calendar view drop down showing the dates for the current and previous month, as well as options to view data for this week, this month, this year, last week or last month, displayed on the left hand side.

Boosting views and engagement

You may see an increase in views that corresponds to when your post was shared in daily, weekly, or monthly digests from the Community, when you shared the post with your networks, or if your post was shared through social media. You can also boost opportunities for engagement by sharing your post through your own social media channels, as well as encouraging your team and institution to do the same.
